An article about rolling your own sushi. I used to do this myself a lot when I was younger and had more time to cook (~1995). It was fun to do, and I, like those in the article, used many different ingredients as well (peanut butter, or cream cheese with scallions, etc.) since I didn’t have the energy to hunt down the freshest fish. I have to admit though, that I rolled my own sushi mostly to impress the chicks.
