My favorite TV food personalities in recent years are imported:
Nigella Lawson (my current favorite).
I’ve only caught Nigella’s show a few times because unfortunately it only
runs on the Style Channel in the States. I honestly believe she would be more
of a household name if the Food Network picked her show up. She has great
charm, charisma, good looks and she certainly knows her food. I also
like it because it’s not American and has a degree of sophistication that
differs from what I am used to in cooking shows. She is the anti-Martha Stewart.
And that is a good thing.
