If you are a fan of Fellowship of the Ring, then the extended version with the 4-Disc set is something you would definitely enjoy. The movie was completely re-edited by Peter Jackson to include the deleted scenes, which gives the movie a very different feel. It is now a butt-numbing 3-hours and 45 minutes, not to mention the nearly 24 hours of DVD extras, this is as complete a compendium of a DVD version of a movie that I have ever owned. For only $20, it’s definitely worth that and more.
