I was googling for a link to THX1138 (the only George Lucas film I truly like) in a previous post and came upon Movie Locations. What’s interesting is that some of my favorite movies (both serious and guilty-pleasures) were filmed near where i live in Silicon Valley.
The Cyberdyne scene in Terminator 2 was filmed in Fremont just across the Dumbarton Bridge. THX1138 was shot in the Marin County Civic Center, as was a old-new favorite of mine, Gattaca.
